We have exciting news!!! We now have the keys to… drumroll, please…. the Five Marys Wellness Kitchen!
Five Marys Wellness is a new arm of our business where we will be making all sorts of new tallow products. We’re also super excited to make more ancestral and organ based wellness products that will be coming very soon.
We’ve been so busy behind-the-scenes planning and designing and preparing recipes, labels, packaging and MORE to bring you the most high-quality, effective, clean (and cute!) tallow products out there.
I can’t wait to tell you more about this project and take you along for the magic-making in this gorgeous space! Here are some sneak peaks that I can’t help but show you now…
The Wellness Kitchen!
It was such an exciting moment this week holding the keys and walking into this beautiful new space. Another local business, Pastures of Grace, has an office here for their nonprofit. They help to rehabilitate young women and mothers and we’ll be working with those women in the wellness kitchen!
Isn’t this kitchen gorgeous?! We were originally making our tallow in a small corner of the Burgerhouse commercial kitchen, but we are planning on making so many more products, so we needed a much bigger space! We’ll be utilizing this kitchen to make more tallow products, bone broth, ancestral and organ products… and the list goes on :) I can’t wait to bring you along!

It’s really hard to find organ products or tallow from animals that were US raised. It means a lot to us that all of our tallow is sourced from our Five Marys beef cattle raised right here on our ranch with only the highest quality inputs and care, so you can feel good about what you’re putting on your skin.

Our Five Marys Ancestral Blend is a combination of our dry-aged ground beef with the nutrient benefits of added beef liver. Our butchers grind them together so you are tasting and enjoying the best of both worlds.
