Five Marys Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers!

Ingredients

1 lb of Five Marys Bacon

12 Large Jalapeños

1/2 Cup of Sour Cream

1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

1/4 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese or Mexican Mix Cheese

Five Marys Spice Rub

Directions

1) WASH and slice 12 large jalapeños length-wise. Remove the seeds and flesh for less heat. 

2) COMBINE cream cheese with other cheeses in a large bowl. 

3) FILL jalapeño halves with cheese mixture until full and flat on top. 

4) SLICE bacon in half and add a piece on top of every jalapeño ( you can also use bacon ends and bits!). Secure with a toothpick if you'd like. 

5) BAKE in 350 degree oven until bubbly and brown.

6) BROIL 1-3 minutes on high to crisp bacon. 

7) SEASON with Five Marys Spice Rub to taste. 

8) COOL and SERVE!
