Five Marys Slow Cooker Spare Ribs
Get the crock pot or slow cooker ready for this easy recipe!
Heres what you'll need...
Five Marys pork spare ribs or pork baby back ribs
1/3 Cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/4 Cup brown sugar
2 TBSP seasoned rice vinegar
Five Marys spice rub (or sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary and thyme)
1 Sweet onion
Directions
1) WHISK together soy sauce, brown sugar and vinegar in a bowl.
2) ADD spare ribs and quartered to your crock pot or slow cooker and cover with sauce.
3) SPRINKLE Five Marys Spice Rub and a little extra brown sugar on top.
4) COOK on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Flip meat halfway through cooking if possible.
5) REMOVE from slow cooker when meat is falling off the bone and ENJOY!
