SLOW COOKER SPARE RIBS

INGREDIENTS :
Five Marys Pork Spare Ribs or Baby Back Ribs
1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 sweet onion, quartered
M5 spice rub (or sea salt, place pepper, red pepper flakes, rosemary and thyme)
INSTRUCTIONS :
Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar in bowl
Add spare ribs and quartered onions to your crockpot or slow cooker and cover with sauce.
Sprinkle M5 Spice Rub and a little extra dry brown sugar on top.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Remove from slow cooker when meat is falling off the bone, slice ribs and ENJOY.
