THE CUT : Five Marys Dry-Aged Ground Beef - ORDER YOURS HERE


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds Five Marys Dry-Aged Ground Beef

  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

  • 1 Red Onion - Diced

  • 3-4 Cloves Fresh Garlic

  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder

  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper to Taste

  • 1 - 28-ounce Can Crushed Tomatoes or Prepared Marinara Sauce

  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth

  • 10 Dried Lasagna Noodles broken into pieces

Garnishes: Chopped Chives & Shredded Mozzarella


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. On the stovetop, brown the ground beef in olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Transfer the browned ground beef along with the rest of the ingredients to the instant pot / slow cooker. Make sure to season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Cooking Instruction:

    • FOR INSTANT POT: Apply lid and set for 6 minutes. Manually release pressure and serve.

    • FOR SLOW COOKER: Set to high for 2+ hours serve once the noodles are tender.

  4. Serve with lots of shredded mozzarella and chopped chives.
